Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
1. В качестве победителя настоящего запроса предложений будут рассматриваться только компании, предоставившие оферту на электронную почту в следующем виде:
на фирменном бланке предприятия, за подписью уполномоченного лица предприятия, с печатью.
2.Оферту необходимо прикрепить при первой подаче предложения и по окончании процедуры, до момента вскрытия предложений. Оферта должна содержать наименование продукции, которую компания будет покупать, объем, цену и готовность производить закупку и оплату продукции в соответствии с условиями договора (контракта). Допускается многократная подача предложения (оферты).
