announcing sale will be held 23.04.2018 to 15:00 27.04.2018 (Moscow time) with possible extensions upon completion of basic time.

Requirement for participation in the procedure is attaching to b2b-center.ru a final proposal on the outcome of the procedure (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization): prices for each lot in rubles without VAT 18%.

Party in filing rates must attach:
ü regulations, certified by the signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization (annex No. 2) downloading documents for ETP;
ü questionnaire (annex No. 3) in electronic format, Excel and PDF (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization) by downloading the documents for ETP;
ü card counterparty (annex No. 4) in electronic format, Excel and PDF (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization) by downloading the documents for ETP;
ü a letter of consent with the technical specifications and willingness to sign a standard form contract (free-form on the letterhead of the Organization) by downloading the documents for ETP;
Adjustment of the forms of documentation (add/delete rows, change language) Participants are not allowed.

Organizer procedure reserves the right to conduct peretorzhki.
