Party in filing rates must attach:
ü regulations, certified by the signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization (annex No. 2) downloading documents for ETP;
ü questionnaire (annex No. 3) in electronic format, Excel and PDF (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization) by downloading the documents for ETP;
ü card counterparty (annex No. 4) in electronic format, Excel and PDF (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization) by downloading the documents for ETP;
ü a letter of consent with the technical specifications and willingness to sign a standard form contract (free-form on the letterhead of the Organization) by downloading the documents for ETP;
Adjustment of the forms of documentation (add/delete rows, change language) Participants are not allowed.

Organizer procedure reserves the right to conduct peretorzhki.
