Comments:
Mandatory availability of a license for hazardous waste management with hazard class 1-4 (type of activity collection, transportation, use and processing). Providing a commercial offer for brands of rechargeable batteries. Only 2 names should appear in the contracts: either "Lead batteries spent intact, with electrolyte" is waste, or "Used batteries" as a commodity. Other formulations are not allowed. Documents attached to the tender:
1. Waste transporter license (Buyer).
2. The license of the final processor (with appendices indicating the type
of activity: disposal, processing, neutralization of this type
of waste hazard class 2).
3. The contract of the final waste processor concluded between the waste processor and the waste transporter company (Buyer) - relieving us of responsibility for the final waste management activities.
