Payment terms:Prices are fixed for the entire period of the contract (1 year) in rubles of the Russian Federation. Payment is made 10 calendar days after shipment in Russian rubles by wire transfer of funds to the X5 settlement account.
In case of late payment, violation of the export deadline, X5 has the right to demand from the SC payment of a penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the cost of used equipment for each day of delay
Location and terms of delivery:the place of rendering services according to the terms of reference.
It is necessary to pick up the software on time and on an ongoing basis, including weekends and holidays, using your packaging for software disposal.

The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).
Procedure and conditions of participation The announcement of the sale will be carried out according to the Form of the commercial offer (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 3).
A prerequisite for participation in the tender is the attachment of the final offer based on the results of the tender (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) with the indication: prices for each lot in RUBLES, excluding VAT.
When submitting the price, the participant must attach:
- Consent to participate, certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 5 of the documentation).
- a completed KP form (Appendix No. 1 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
- a completed questionnaire (Appendix No. 4 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
- the counterparty's card (Appendix No. 2 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
- a letter of agreement with the terms of the terms of reference and willingness to sign a standard form of the contract without a protocol of disagreement (in free form, on the letterhead of the organization) by uploading documents to the ETP;
- commercial offer on letterhead indicating the price without VAT, payment terms (100% prepayment) and delivery terms (pickup).
The organizer of the procedure reserves the right to reschedule. Correction of documentation forms (adding/deleting lines, changing wording) by Participants is not allowed.

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
