Payment terms:Payment is made in a non-cash form by transferring funds to the Seller's settlement account. The Buyer shall make 100% prepayment of each batch of Waste according to the Seller's invoice VAT is calculated by the tax agent in accordance with the Federal Law No. 335 of the Federal Law of 27.11.2017. The buyer is obliged to pay the bill within 5 (Five) working days from the date of receipt.
Location and terms of delivery:The Buyer carries out the pickup of a batch of Waste from the Seller's production site located at the address: Saint Petersburg, Kalinina str., 50a., at his own expense. The Seller shall notify the Buyer about the readiness of the batch of Waste for export, indicating the name, quantity and cost of the waste and invoices for payment. The Buyer is obliged to remove the shipment within 5 (Five) working days from the date of receipt of the funds to the Seller's settlement account.

Comments:
It is mandatory to have a License for carrying out activities on the collection, transportation, disposal, disposal, disposal of wastes I-IV hazard classes. On the basis of laboratory analyses of the batch of Waste for lead content, the seller determines the value of the batch of Waste and bills the Buyer Acceptance by the Buyer of each batch by quantity and quality is carried out on the territory of the Seller in accordance with GOST R 54564-2011 and the Rules for handling scrap and waste of non-ferrous metals and their alienation approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.05.01 No. 370.
