Within 2 (two) business days after the expiration of ads, all participants need to download the following documents:
1. The signed agreement and annex 1 to the contract specification (with prices) as amended by the seller. The contract for the announcement will be renewed, regardless of previously concluded contracts.
In the absence of any of the documents requested, the proposal will not be considered.
In the absence of the principal technical possibility of submitting proposals through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the organizer has the right to take procedures against such party proposal to the e-mail address me_b2b@mechel.com, independently downloading the proposal on the pad through the functionality of the system, subject to the following conditions:
The participant must be registered in the system;
the proposal has to be delivered to an email address not later than 6 working hours for up to a certain time in the notification proposal with compulsory notification to the responsible person on the phone.
The legal status of the procedure and the procedure for holding documents request for proposals, as well as instructions for preparing bids are set out in the procurement documentation.
1.2.1. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
