The term of the contract is 5 days from the moment of the protocol approval.
Within 2 (two) business days after the expiry of the announcement, all participants must download the following documents:
1. Signed contract and annex № 1 to the contract, specification (with indication of price) in the editorial office of the seller. The agreement on the announcement will be concluded again, regardless of the previous contracts.
In the absence of any of the requested documents, the proposal will not be considered.

The participant must be registered in the system;
The offer must arrive at the e-mail address within 6 working hours before the deadline specified in the notice of acceptance of the offers with mandatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
