The term for concluding the contract is 5 days from the date of approval of the protocol.
Within 2 (two) business days after the expiration of the announcement, all participants must download the following documents:
1. The signed contract and Appendix No. 1 to the contract, specification (with price) in the wording of the Seller. The announcement contract will be concluded again, regardless of previously concluded contracts.
In the absence of any of the requested documents, the proposal will not be considered.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functional of the electronic trading platform, the Procedure Organizer is entitled to accept the offer from such participant to the e-mail address me_b2b@mechel.com, independently uploading this offer to the platform through the System’s functionality, subject to the following conditions:
The participant must be registered in the System;
the proposal must be sent to the e-mail address no later than 6 business hours before the deadline for acceptance of proposals specified in the Notification, with a mandatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for conducting a request for proposals, as well as instructions for preparing offers, are indicated in the procurement documentation.
1.2.1. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
