The auction is held electronically at B2B-Center Group ETP (www.b2b-center.ru) in accordance with chapter 19 of the B2B-CENTER SYSTEM REGULATION.
The bid to participate in the auction is in a free form and must contain the Participant's consent to purchase the products specified in the notice under the terms of the draft contract.
Participants' offers are submitted electronically (auction step is 500 rubles).
The winner of the auction is the bidder who offered the maximum price of the contract during the auction.
