Payment terms:100% prepayment within 3 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Acceptance and transfer of the vehicle at its actual location: Ufa, st. Anniversary d.16 / 1, after payment of 100% of the cost of the goods.
Location and terms of delivery:Ufa, st. Yubileinaya d.16 / 1.
Shipment at own expense by the Buyer. A photo of the equipment is attached, more detailed information during the inspection.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

2. Participants of this procedure must attach a file to their proposals in electronic form in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, as well as documents on the list below. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant.

3. Vehicle location: Ufa, st. Anniversary 16/1.

4. Delivery terms: vehicle removal is carried out by forces and at the expense of the buyer.

To provide upon request of proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial proposal;
- Certificate TIN;
- Certificate of OGRN;
- Certificate of entry in the register;
- Charter;
- A document on the appointment (election) to the position of leader;
- Card with sample signatures;
- A document on the application of the simplified tax system (if used);
- Bukh balance sheet for 2016-2018;
- 2018 VAT Declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Seller.

Validity of the offer of buyers - at least 45 days.

The cost should be indicated taking into account pickup by the Buyer.

Note: this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
