Sale of raw materials with provision of sorting, pressing and export services by forces and at the expense of the Buyer. Seller - warehouse of Internet hypermarket "Utkonos". Estimated sales per month: waste paper - 100 tons, banana box - 4.000 pieces, HDPE film - 5 tons, stretch film, pallets whole 200 pieces and scrap - 7.000 pieces, foam, polysterol, drawers plastic - 1.500 pcs., scrap of ferrous metals - 10 tons, scrap metal, packaging of wood and wood origin (food packaging, non-food packaging, in general and broken condition) - 1 tn. Sorting, pressing around the clock, exporting on weekdays.Buyer establishes his press, at his own expense and at his own strength.
The buyer is obliged to take out the goods as volumes fill the provided area are formed. Conclusion of a contract for a period of 1 year with the right of prolongation. Payment of the goods is made by the Buyer in the amount of 100% of the total value of the consignment within 5 (five) banking days from the date of the seller's invoice for payment. The buyer is obliged to have a license for the export of recycled materials. The Seller provides the Buyer with access to transport for the performance of obligations under the contract.
