This competition provides licenses for Autodesk Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection IC Commercial Single-user ELD Annual Subscription Switched From M2S Multi-User 2:1 Trade- In. Vendors without authorization cannot participate.
Only official dealers and suppliers of the software product are considered, only the licensed product must be supplied, as well as subsequent maintainment/technical support of the software products.
This request for proposals procedure does not constitute an offer, an invitation to make offers, an acceptance of an offer or an invitation to participate in a tender, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Customer any civil legal obligations with respect to the Bidders or third parties to whom such action may cause losses. The organizer has the right to conduct stage 2 (rebargaining). After the completion of the 1st stage of bidding, the participants who gave the best prices at stage 1 will be admitted to the second stage. The winner of the procedure will be recognized as the proposal of the applicant who proposed the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
Criteria for evaluating and selecting an offer

2. Offer price;
3. Payment condition;
4. The company's reputation;
5. Price fixing period.
If documents uploaded to the site are signed by EDS, then it is NOT REQUIRED to additionally certify them with the signature of the head and the seal of the organization.
