3. Referent sheet, in case of lack of experience with the GC Rusagro (template applied to the bidding).

5. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without modification:
- tax clause (attached to trades);
- consent to the disclosure of trade secrets (attached to the bidding);

6. In order to conclude the contract, the participant must provide the full package of statutory documents according to Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
