Bidders must support the lot with a certificate of the manufacturer, official representative or dealer; certificate of conformity for these products, documents confirming the right to distribute licenses from the manufacturer. It is necessary to provide an offer in a standard form, the offer is valid for at least 4 months. It is necessary to provide a list of mandatory and recommendatory constituent documents.
