| ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНЫЕ ТРЕБОВАНИЯ: | 1) Подгрузка коммерческого предложения (оферты) за подписью уполномоченного лица и печатью организации (просьба подавать предложение по форме Офертат + Приложение №1 в закупочной документации).
2) Наличие сертификатов, подтверждающих качество и происхождение товара.
3) Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным.
4) Заключение договора только в типовой редакции ПАО "Южный Кузбасс" (Приложение №1). При наличии противоречий, участник, до окончания закупочной процедуры прикрепляет на ЭТП или направляет организатору процедуры протокол разногласий к проекту договора.
5) Заключение соглашения ЭДО (обмен первичными учетными документами) только в типовой редакции ПАО "Южный Кузбасс" (Приложение №5). При несогласие заключения соглашения ЭДО участник, прикрепляет отказ в письменном виде.
6) Стоимость доставки должна быть включена в стоимость товара. |
