The tender is held to lower the initial cost of LSR put up for tender (in Appendix 1.2. To the statement of work)
In the commercial proposal (Appendix 3), the Participant offers a single reduction coefficient for LSR, which will be fixed in the contract with the winner and applied in determining the initial price of the contract and in the future when calculating the final price of the contract.
