Payment terms:Advance payment of 50% of the cost of the services shall be paid within ten (10) working days from the date of the contract. Payment of the second payment of 50% of the cost of services paid by the Purchaser within 10 (ten) business days after receipt of services in full and appropriate quality, the signing of the bill of lading or the Act by the Parties and other necessary for the product calculation documents, stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
