Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comment), and submission of an invoice. Payment in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment.

The commercial proposal must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation.
The commercial proposal must indicate:
1) The total amount must be reflected in the commercial proposal. The cost should be final, firm, include all additional. expenses (VAT, delivery to the specified address, packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Delivery time.
3) Positions must necessarily correspond to the TK (if the TK is enclosed in the procurement documentation).
4) Requirements for TP:
Remote TP ZOOM - by phone every day and around the clock for critical issues (P1), from 9 am to 6 pm local time for all other problems; by email or using the technical support portal with a response next business day.
Update - Access to fixes and software updates.
New versions - access to all available new versions of the software (according to the purchased licenses).
In addition to updates and new versions that improve the functionality of ZOOM products, ZOOM also provides updates regarding compatibility with new Cisco products:
Continuous support for new versions of supported softswitches.
Support for new devices - IP phones and gateways with new firmware and services.
Support for new versions of contact center platforms (contact center integration modules).
This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
