Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Коммерческое предложение, заверенное печатью и подписью уполномоченного представителя Участника;
Подписанный и заполненный файл RFI_Burger King.(Приложение № 1-Анкета,Приложение №2-Сведения о компании, Приложение № 4 –Требования к Претенденту.);
Заполненный файл "Спецификация_Продление поддержки" в формате excel;
Карточку предприятия.


Данная процедура запроса предложений не является конкурсом, ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447 – 449 части первой Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Данная процедура запроса предложений также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057 – 1061 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложений не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
