The tender procedure is carried out in order to find the main supplier for the needs of STD "Petrovich" for a period of 1 year.
The price on the electronic site is indicated without VAT, in the commercial offer you can indicate the price with VAT. When submitting an application, you are kindly requested to upload both documents and a questionnaire with a detailed commercial proposal.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting prices does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.

The customer has the right to conduct stage 2 (rebidding) in case of an unsatisfactory result at the first stage. Prior to rebidding, NOT MORE THAN 30% OF BIDDERS WITH THE BEST PRICES FROM THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS will be allowed
