Auto-extension

The tender procedure is carried out in order to find the main supplier for the need of STD "Petrovich" for a period of 1 year.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting proposals is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this price request procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations.

The customer has the right to carry out stage 2 (recorder) in case of an unsatisfactory result in the first stage. NO MORE THAN 30% OF APPLICANTS WITH THE BEST PRICES FROM THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS WILL BE admitted before the recorder


The winner of the procedure will be recognized the proposal of the applicant who proposed by the decision of the Tender Committee, the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure
