Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Advance payment - 0%, 80% - for the delivered equipment and 100% for the delivery cost within 5 days. 20% for the delivered equipment and 100% for the installation after signing the acceptance certificate, within 5 working days. Payment is made on the basis of an invoice issued in accordance with the Specification in the amount of 100%, by transferring funds within 5 banking days from the date of signing the entire set of documents: shipping documentation (TORG-12, act on the provision of services, TTN) and the act of work performed (commissioning of equipment) or the universal transfer document (UPD).
The payment date is the date when the funds are debited from the Buyer's current account.
Delivery terms:The delivery time of the equipment is up to 30.11.2021.
Turn-key delivery period until 30.12.2021 Penalties for the day of delay in delivery of the object-0.1% per day according to the delivery contract.

Thus, this procedure for requesting prices does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

The customer has the right to conduct the 2nd stage (rebidding) in case of unsatisfactory results at the first stage. NO MORE THAN 30% OF THE APPLICANTS WITH THE BEST PRICES FROM THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS will BE ALLOWED TO re-bid
