Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills with the recipient's mark. Other payment terms are being considered.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: from the date of conclusion of the contract until June 30, 2023. The urgency of delivery is not a reason for changing the value of the Goods.
All delivery services, customs clearance and other costs should be included in the cost of products.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Application Form and the documents according to the application form simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
4. The volume of products supplied may increase in one direction or another.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
