Payment terms:
Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse. The organizer of the auction is ready to consider alternative payment terms, including those with partial financing, subject to the application of interim measures comparable to the amount of the advance paid.
Delivery terms:
- Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the buyer's warehouse, Gubkin, or by a transport company at the buyer's expense.
- The price of the goods includes all costs of packaging and delivery to the customer's address.
- The delivery date is the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) in the warehouse.
- The Supplier has the right to ship the Goods in separate parts as agreed with the Buyer.
- Delivery time of goods: by agreement of the parties.
- Delivery times can be changed by agreement of the parties.
Requirements:
- Products must be NEW, not previously used.
- Provision of a certificate for goods (GOST, FEZ)
- Warranty obligations and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

Comments: The commercial proposal must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation.
The commercial proposal must indicate:
1) Cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging
2) Delivery cost to the warehouse with VAT;
3) Attitude towards products - a free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. You must upload a document confirming the status of a dealer, representative.
4) Delivery time to the buyer's warehouse.
5) Transportation method.
6) Approximate volume and weight (for the whole volume).
7) Agreement with the contract.
8) Availability of stock in warehouses.
9) The products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the TCH;
