Payment terms:Оплата в соответствии с Договором осуществляется следующим образом :
1. Авансовый платеж в размере 30% от Цены Договора выплачивается в течение 30 (Тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора и получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком.
2. Оплата Общей стоимости Продукции по Договору производится Покупателем с учетом авансового платежа в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания Товарной накладной, унифицированной формы ТОРГ-12 (далее ТН) на основании счета-фактуры, выставленного Поставщиком.
Delivery terms:Поставка осуществляется в течение 100 (сто) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора.
