Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
1. Food is delivered on board the applicant ship. The quantity and list of requested items is reflected in the application of the applicant ship.

2. The delivery time for food on board the applicant ship is within 3 calendar days from the receipt of the relevant ship's application. It is necessary to take into account that the exact date of the ship's call at the port, as a result of the delivery date, the customer will inform the supplier per day.

3. Food delivery on board the applicant ship is carried out IN THE 24 HOUR MODE / SEVEN DAYS A WEEK (7/24) by forces and at the expense of the supplier. Estimated minimum total cost of food for one supply of 15-20 thousand rubles.

4. Delivered food products must comply with the quality standards applicable in the Russian Federation GOST, TU, biomedical requirements and sanitary standards for the quality of food raw materials and food products, as well as meet the requirements established by Federal Law dated 02.01.2000 No. 29-FZ "On Food Quality and Safety" products. " The remaining shelf life at the time of delivery to the Customer should be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

5. The planned period for concluding a supply contract is October-December 2019. with fixing prices until the end of the contract.

6. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

7. The participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.

8. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure.

9. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
