Comments:
1. BREACH OF SUPPLIER Delivery time on more than one application, validity of the contract will be terminated, and the SUPPLIER TO BE INCLUDED IN STOP-LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OOO "Global-Fleet".

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Applicants for the supply of:
- availability of storage facilities in Astrakhan (on ref.kameru.), in the event of an unforeseen change in the fleet schedule of work, and the impossibility of timely acceptance of food on board the ship;
- similar names of experience in supplying to the addresses of shipping companies on the territory of the Russian Federation;
- possibility of delivery 24/7 goods on board during the term of the supply agreement.

3. Expected consumption is included in the procurement documentation to this request for proposal (his full sample is not guaranteed, it is also possible to excess). At the same time, the cost necessary to form the basis of the minimum delivery - 10-15 thousand rubles.

4. Delivery of food is carried out on board the vessel of the applicant. Number and a list of requested items is reflected in the application of the applicant vessel.

5. The term food supplies on board the vessel, the applicant - within 3 calendar days of receipt of the relevant courts of the application. It is necessary to bear in mind that the exact date of the vessel to enter the port as a result of the delivery date, the customer will inform the supplier of the day.

6. Place mooring located on the territory of regime object acts throughput mode. Making passes for entry - zone responsibility of the supplier.

7. Available food must comply with the quality of the existing in Russia GOST, technical, medical-biological requirements and sanitary norms of quality food raw materials and food products, as well as to meet the requirements established by the Federal Law of 02.01.2000 number 29-FZ "On quality and food safety. " Remaining shelf life at the time of delivery to the customer must be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

8. Planned period of contract to supply - January-March 2020. with fixing prices until the end of the contract. With the possibility of prolongation of the contract for the 2nd quarter of 2020.

9. Please ask all the questions with the help of ETP functional procedure (requests for clarification).

7. By their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure is necessary before the opening of the envelopes attached application form the applicant and documents according to the questionnaire.

10. The package of documents should include a scanned copy of the OFFER, indicating the date of delivery, as well as signed by the authorized person and stamped by the participating organization of the procedure.

11. If the failure or improper performance of a party to the procedure of the requirements of the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the party.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
