Comments:
I ask you to provide the TCP containing all the essential conditions necessary for the transaction, namely:
1. Payment terms (it is recommended to postpone payment for 30 calendar days).
2. Readiness to start fulfilling obligations (manufacture, supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services) from the moment of receipt of a letter of guarantee for payment on the terms specified in the TCH.
3. The deadline for the completion of the work is linked:
- to be paid (in case of advance payment);
- to receive the signed contract and specification (in case of deferred payment);
- to receive a letter of guarantee (if you agree to the beginning of the fulfillment of obligations under the letter of guarantee).
4. Willingness to sign a contract in the form of PJSC TOAZ.
5. In case of need for an advance payment in the amount of 5,000,000 rubles or more, willingness to provide a guarantee in one of the banks in the Top 15 of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
