Payment terms:
1. Payment is made in stages in accordance with the established schedule of the stages of work after the signing of acts of completed work, prepayment is possible.
2. Payment for services can be carried out by the customer in any way from the following:
- by transferring bills to the performer. The transfer of bills is carried out according to the act of acceptance. From the moment of transfer of the bill of exchange, the customer is considered to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for services.
- by transferring money to the account of the contractor within 30 (thirty) banking days after signing the act on the performance of work (provision of services).
3. Travel expenses at the expense of the Contractor.
4. Any costs of obtaining related documentation (certificates, state duty, etc.), established when revising the NOOLR at the expense of the Contractor

The contractor / Contractor is obliged to perform the work / provide services on its own. Attracting third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
Directing the offer (offer) the Contractor / Contractor guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor shall provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If there is no tax reporting or does not allow you to verify the Contractor’s / Contractor’s good faith with a reasonable degree of confidence, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming that the Contractor / Contractor can perform the work for himself / herself, including but not limited to: extract from the staffing list with copies of employment contracts of persons engaged to perform work, information on ownership or leasehold office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of the tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
