Payment terms:Payment for the Work performed shall be made no later than 45 (forty-five) working days from the date of signing by the Parties at the appropriate stage of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the work performed.
Delivery terms:The approximate terms of work are specified in clause 4 of the Requirements Specification.

Comments:
1. Requests for clarification, questions on the procedure should be asked through the E-Marketplace.
2. Bidders of the procedure MUST attach a scanned copy of their Technical and Commercial Proposal (technical and commercial proposal), issued on the letterhead of the organization, signed by an authorized person and stamped, as part of the bid.
3. We ask you to provide the cost on the E-Marketplace according to the Requirements Specification without taking into account the development of the 3D model and with the application of the estimated calculation.
4. The cost of work on the development of a 3D model should be indicated optionally in the Technical and Commercial Proposal (in accordance with the Requirements Specification with 3D)
5. In the Technical and Commercial Proposal to reflect the agreement with the terms of the work specified in the Requirements Specification, or to propose their deadlines for the performance of these works (broken down by stages).
6. In the Technical and Commercial Proposal, indicate readiness to start work on a letter of guarantee and without an advance.
7. It is necessary to fill out the forms and submit the documents according to the list contained in the "List of documents" tab - file "Questionnaire + applications +questionnaire on TB and environmental management.xls"
8. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of these requirements, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.


Note: this price request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
