4. Scope of work performed:
The contractor must develop a project for replacing the control system for the KZhL 21-1 line for processing electrodes in automatic and manual modes of operation, as well as in the adjustment mode.
Provide for the replacement of equipment in the project:
• control cabinets,
• controllers,
• cable lines,
• Limit switches,
• sensors,
• terminal boxes,
• control panels,
• power cabinets.
6. Requirements for documentation.
6.1 The composition of the developed project documentation (technical working project):
6.1.1 Explanatory note;
6.1.2 Structural and functional diagrams;
6.1.3 Electrical schematic diagrams;
6.1.4 Lists of elements;
6.1.5 Connection diagrams;
6.1.6 Connection diagrams;
6.1.7 Layout of equipment and wiring;
6.1.8 Cable logs;
6.1.9 General arrangement drawings for low-voltage complete devices;
6.1.10 Design documentation for the manufacture of transitional units (shafts, flanges, adapter plates) and brackets for the installation of new electrical equipment (electric motors, sensors, etc.);
6.1.11 Sheets of purchased products for the purchase of equipment, cable and wire products.
6.1.12 Installation drawing.
7. General requirements.
7.1 Prior to the tender, the contractor must:
be sure to come to the plant to study the existing control system, familiarize yourself with the documentation.
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Tax registration certificate.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's mark of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.

- Permits (SRO, licenses, permits).
- Development by the contractor of PPR, PPRK, RTI.
- Availability of attestation of the head, engineering technician, industrial safety workers at the HIF.
- Availability of medical clearance of personnel to work at HIF.
—Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the availability of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (order for appointment to a position in the contractor, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
To consider the application, it is MANDATORY to provide a commercial proposal.
