Commercial proposals for bid documentation are mandatory.
A prerequisite is that the supplier performs all the work on the manufacture of the inductor(s) and the development of HDPE surface hardening modes on its own on its own equipment, the installation of "SSV 1002" on the parts-mock-ups provided by the Customer.
Please note that this request is not a kind of tender/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on the request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; the bid for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Bidder of the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
