1. Application of JSC "EPM-NEZ", Novocherkassk
2. Basis for performing work:
2.1. Purpose: Improving the quality of operational characteristics and increasing the availability of equipment for the ability to measure graphite electrodes with a diameter of 400-800 mm, length up to 3000 mm, and later for the reserve of the main equipment of the quality department.
3. Requirement for the completion of the automatic line of the measuring stand KZhL-33:
3.1. Functionally, the stand should be able to measure graphite electrodes with a diameter of 400-800 mm and weighing up to 3000 kg.
3.2. Replace the hydraulic drive of the struts with resistance measuring probes with a pneumatic one (a compressed air source is required) or a ball screw with a servo drive. Replace the screw and bronze nut, along which the rack is currently moving, with HIWIN profile guides and linear bearings. The final design, where the rack will be fixed on linear (s) bearings, move along the guide (s) and be driven by compressed air by means of a pneumatic cylinder.
3.3. For the passage of workpieces with a length of 2700-2900 mm, the divergence of the pedestals is satisfactory (slightly more than 3000 mm), you only need to install the profile guides of the stylus posts of sufficient length for its movement to the reverse position max. "Back" (so as not to break the probe).
3.4. Replacement of all contact sensors on the racks with non-contact ones (24 V).
3.5. Replacement of electrical equipment.
3.6. Increase the effort of the lifting table by installing 4 cylinders instead of one in the center or in another way.
3.7. Installation of a more powerful engine at the hydroelectric power station, replacement of electrical and hydraulic equipment.
3.8. The degree of protection of electrical equipment and mechanical components is IP60.
3.9. The desired duration of installation and commissioning works is 5 days or should not exceed 10 calendar days.
4. Characteristics of graphite electrodes

5. Scope of work performed:
5.1. The contractor designs the electromechanical and pneumatic parts of the stand.
5.2. The contractor carries out the manufacture of components and assemblies on the territory of its own subdivision.
5.3. The contractor delivers equipment to the installation site.
5.4. The contractor carries out installation and commissioning at the customer's site.
5.5. The contractor commissions the installation by rolling at least 5 electrodes of blanks of each diameter.
5.6. The contractor draws up an act of acceptance tests.
6. Turnaround time.
6.1. The terms of work and the procedure for payment are agreed by the Contractor with the Customer.
7. Control and acceptance procedure:
7.1. For testing (checking the completed program), an operating manual, an electrical circuit, a pneumatic circuit, a list of wear parts and assemblies, a complete list and list of main and auxiliary equipment, as well as passports and certificates, if available, must be developed / adjusted, the set of documentation must be agreed with By the customer
8. Requirement for the performer:
8.1. Service and technical support for the available types of communication.
8.2. Warranty obligations.
8.3. Commissioning works are carried out by the supplier with the registration of an act.
8.4. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work.
8.5. The contractor in his commercial proposal indicates the main technical solutions, equipment, cost, procedure and terms of payment, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning.

10. Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in a contractor (order for appointment to a position in a contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- copy of the protocol of certification of workers for labor protection;
- copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PMG, in electrical installations, during hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical clearance of personnel;
- copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of the certification protocols for PTM.
In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the Health and Safety Service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
