The terms of implementation and scope of work are specified in the Requirements Specification.
If you are interested, you must provide the following information no later than 18:00 (Moscow time) on 04/02/2024:
- Commercial offer (template attached to the request);
- Documents / licenses in accordance with the Requirements Specification;
- The prices in your offer must be indicated without VAT and fixed for the duration of the contract / project, the value of VAT is taken into account in the TOTAL estimate;
- Agreement to be signed – according to the approved template of Yandex LLC (sent additionally upon request if there is a signed NDA);
- Form of payment - specify in the offer;
- the offer is calculated based on the conditions and requirements requested by us, and takes into account their execution. All deviations and suggestions from the Bidder must be issued separately and also evaluated.
The commercial offer in editable and pdf formats must necessarily contain:
- company name;
- date of submission of the offer;
- deadlines for the execution of works;
- a cover letter or a description indicating the conditions, confirmation of agreement with the form of the contract and all requirements from our side.
