Payment terms:
Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completion, with an advance payment, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in Appendix 5).
Acceptance of design work is carried out upon completion of the work.
Acceptance of installation work is carried out monthly upon completion of the work.
The Contractor, no later than the 25th day of the reporting month, submits for consideration to the Customer for verification and signing the Acceptance Act of the work performed, no later than 3 (three) working days before the end of the reporting month, the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs and the invoice established RF sample.
Delivery terms:
The term of the work is according to the agreed schedule. No more than 120 calendar days.
1. Execution of works with the existing technological process.
2. Start of work on the letter of guarantee.
3. It is advisable to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (if necessary / possible).
4. Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completion, with an advance payment, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in Appendix 5).

6. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PNTZ JSC - must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Sverdlovsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Sverdlovsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, rental contracts, etc. .), or present a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- keep a "social" distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.
7. Signing of the DS to the contract on the provision of PPE (Appendix 7).

Работы должны выполняться организацией, имеющей:
1. Членство в СРО с допуском к работам (строительство/проектирование) на Опасных производственных объектах (ОПО).
2. Соответствующую материально-техническую базу:
2.1 Оборудование для выполнения монтажных (демонтажных) работ.
3. Квалифицированный персонал:
4. Наличие необходимого инструмента и оборудования для проведения работ, укомплектованность СИЗ. Оборудование и материалы должны быть сертифицированы, проверены и соответствовать требованиям законодательства РФ.
5. Опыт работы не менее 3 лет по заявленным видам работ.
6. Предоставить договор/соглашение о намерении со специализированной организацией, которая будет выполнять Экспертизу промышленной безопасности проекта.
