Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system:
1. The Charter (with all additions and amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.

10. Requirements for the contractor:
— Permits (SRO, licenses, permits).
— Development by the contractor of PPR, PPRK, RTI.
— The availability of certification of the head, ITR, workers on industrial safety at the OPO.
— Availability of medical access of personnel to work at the OPO.
—Prior to registration of the work permit, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (an order of appointment to a position in the contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of services on labor protection.
To consider the application, it is MANDATORY to provide a commercial offer.
