Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites your company to take part in the Prequalification for Design and construction of urban fiber-optic communication lines (FOCL) in the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom (Volga + Ural) for 2 years for the following Lots (constituent entities of the Volga and Urals):
1. Mari El Republic
2. Nizhny Novgorod region.
3. Chuvashia
4. Komi Republic
5. Udmurtia
6. Kirov region
7. Perm region
8. Tatarstan
9. Samara region
10. Ulyanovsk region
11. Mordovia
12. Saratov region
13. Penza region
14. KhMAO / YANAO
15. Tyumen region
16. Kurgan region
17. Sverdlovsk oblast.
18. Chelyabinsk region
19. Bashkiria
20. Orenburg region
If you successfully pass the prequalification selection, your Company will be able to take part in the events for the selection of a supplier for the specified category of purchases held by PJSC VimpelCom in the Lots of the Central Region.
Prequalification will consist of the following stages (it is allowed to request additional information and carry out additional stages):
1. Request for qualification documents from participants.
2. Verification of documents by VimpelCom.
3. Additional request for missing documents from participants.
4. Verification of documents by VimpelCom after additional request.
5. Validation of results.
To participate in the Prequalification, you must provide the following documents, attaching them to the announcement of PKO No. 2454221 on the B2B-Center site (you must first register on the site):
1. Contacts of your responsible manager (in EXCEL format);
2. Electronic copies of the following documents with signature and seal:
2.1. Participant's questionnaire (scanned in PDF format);
2.2. Privacy Statement (scanned in PDF format);
2.3. Non-affiliation letter of assurance (scanned in PDF format);
2.4. Statement of consent to participate in the PQS (scanned in PDF format);
2.5. Negotiating Agreement (scanned in PDF format).
3. Completed Statement of Conformity to Qualifications (PDF signed / stamped and EXCEL).
4. According to the Statement of Compliance with the Qualification Requirements, in addition to the Statement itself, it is required to provide all the documents indicated there as confirming (column "D" - Sources of confirmation).
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file, for example: The Charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but into one file (file PDF format in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- for the document Statement of Compliance with the qualification requirements - the file name must contain the number of the Application to which it belongs.
The deadline for providing feedback from PJSC VimpelCom after checking all documents and approving the results.
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom also means that you agree to the terms of the Privacy Statement, and you will be held liable for non-compliance with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail any obligations for PJSC VimpelCom under these Articles.
