Payment terms:Payment terms according to the requirements of Rusagro Group of Companies: postpay. Interim payments are accepted upon acceptance of work performed.
In the case of an advance payment of 1,000,000 rubles with VAT and more, the Supplier / Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in the bank from the Top 10 on the basis of the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference, the ongoing request for a quotation.
