Payment terms:Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion by cash, bill of exchange RUSAL Achinsk JSC
Delivery terms:The criteria for expert assessment of the choice of the Contractor for the work are:
1. The minimum purchase price.
2. Minimum prices for goods and materials (market) are checked and agreed by the customer.
3. Work in edition of the contract of the customer.
4. Availability of permits and resources for the performance of work:
- the presence of SRO;
- availability of voluntary certification;
- the availability of human resources;
- experience in carrying out similar work over the past 3 years.
5. Duration of work: until 09/01/2020.
6. Payment within 60 cd from the moment of signing the certificate of work performed in cash, bills of JSC RUSAL Achinsk.
7. Quality assurance of work, services: from 12 months.
8. The presence of a production base.
9. The presence of vehicles.
10. The availability of specialized equipment.
11. For failure to meet the deadlines for work, penalties are provided in the amount of not less than 20% of the cost of work performed.
12. The minimum number and qualified composition of workers on the site:
- installer 5r-2, 4r-4;
- carpenter-concrete worker 4r-1, 3r-2;
- slingers 4r-2, 3r-2;
- electrician 4p-3;
- finisher 4p-2;
- plumber 4p-2.

Comments:
A commercial proposal must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) of a document signed by an authorized person and sealed with the seal of the organization.
RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of the Invitation;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the selection participant has negative experience working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will be held with mandatory rebidding.
