11.1. The technical assignment provides for the design and installation of a heat metering catch at PREO LLC

2.2. The metering station should provide measurement and registration of heat energy consumed by the building (buildings), including heating, in accordance with the "Rules for heat and heat carrier metering".
2.3. Technical means of accounting for heat energy, coolant (hereinafter - TC) should be included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments, have the knowledge of the Federal Agency for Metrology.
2.4. TS should provide reliable measurements, determination and indication of current values of flow, temperature, pressure, thermal energy, time (in the amount defined by the Gosstandart certificates for measuring instruments) and archiving of measurement and calculation results.
2.5. TC should ensure uninterrupted operation, including measurement of the parameters of the coolant and the calculation of the consumed thermal energy and coolant in the following modes of operation of the heating system and heat:
- normal normal mode;
2.6. Flowmeter primary transducers must have acceptable hydraulic losses.
2.7. When installing the metering vehicle in the existing heating systems, the minimum amount of changes in the building heat supply system associated with the installation of the vehicle should be provided.
2.8. Dismantling of the vehicle for verification should be carried out without dismantling the cables connected to these technical means.
2.9. The calibration interval of the heat meter must be at least 4 years.
2.10. The average time between failures of a heat meter should be at least 20,000 hours.
2.11. The service life of the heat meter must be at least 12 years.
3. Data to determine the cost of work.
3.1. The scope of work to be determined, according to the developed and agreed project documentation.
3.2. Work is performed from the material of the contracting organization.
4. Requirements for the Contractor.
4.1. To clarify the conditions of work, familiarization with the object must be the arrival of representatives of the Contractor to the customer.
4.2 The contractor in his commercial proposal specifies the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
4.3 Attestation of the head, ITR and executors on industrial safety and labor protection on HIF. According to the application №1.
4.4 Ensuring occupational safety and health measures for safe work practices at the facility.
4.5. At the end of the project work to submit projects for approval to the customer.
4.6. Upon completion of installation work, conduct a hydraulic test of the system.
4.7.At the end of the installation work provide the customer with the technical documentation.
5. Conditions of work
5.1. Installation and commissioning work on the installation of metering stations and data transmission systems is carried out in the volume stipulated by the projects of metering stations.
5.2. The customer controls the production and execution of works on objects.
5.3 Coordination with all related services is carried out by the contractor.
5.4. The acceptance of the metering stations and their simultaneous transfer to the customer’s balance shall be carried out by a commission consisting of representatives: Customer, Contractor.
