Auto-extension

Payment terms:Preferred conditions: The Customer makes payment under the Agreement by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor within 80 (eighty) calendar days after the Parties have signed the Act of acceptance of the work performed (form No. KS-2) and the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3) subject to the availability of the relevant invoice of the Contractor. The customer makes a payment in the amount of 90%, including VAT, of the cost specified in the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3) (for design and survey work - specified in the Certificate of acceptance of work performed), signed by the Parties ... The final settlement under the Agreement is carried out in accordance with clauses 5.7.-5.9. Of the contract.

Comments:
Documentation on the request for proposals is provided after signing an agreement on the transfer, nondisclosure and protection of information constituting a trade secret.

A potential contractor must independently undergo accreditation in the supplier base of PJSC "Unipro."

The submission of proposals by the participants is carried out in accordance with and according to the forms contained in the Information card of this request for proposals.
