Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, subject to timely provision of an invoice for an advance payment. The payment term under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is set in the Contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days).
The winner is selected by bringing prices with different payment terms to the same conditions using a financial calculator (Appendix VIII. "Financial documents"). |
