Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment on a deferred (installment) basis for a payment of 60 months (using factoring (including the payment of an advance) on the basis of a bilateral contract between the Supplier and the Factor and a written notice to the Customer. Payment for the cost of the Factor's services is made by the Supplier)

The bid price is indicated by the participant of the procurement procedure for the entire turnkey project, taking into account the increase in the cost of equipment / work / services for the period of payment by installments, based on the estimated schedule for putting the equipment into operation, without separately setting out the cost of installments and without providing the customer with a commercial loan.

The amount of 30% of the price of each set of equipment, which includes one frequency converter, is payable by the Customer with sixty equal monthly payments upon signing by the Supplier and the Customer of documents for acceptance of each set of equipment. An amount of 70% of the price of each frequency converter and related set of equipment is payable by the Customer with sixty equal monthly payments upon signing by the Supplier and the Customer of the Commissioning Act for each set of equipment. The first payment is made by the Customer within 30 cd. after signing the relevant primary accounting documents on the acceptance / commissioning of a set of equipment.
