A bank guarantee must be issued for a period of at least 60 days by the date of delivery of the goods.

The cost must be specified taking into account all overhead costs.
Delivery terms:Delivery of the entire set of equipment is carried out to the Customer's location by the Contractor's forces and means/Supplier.

Comments:
The technical and commercial proposal must contain the following
information:
- name of equipment,
- refined characteristics;
- scope and completeness of delivery;
- technical specification of delivery;
- the detailed cost of delivery, with the allocation
of the cost excluding VAT:
- the cost of a set of equipment;
- the cost of installation and commissioning;
- the cost of spare parts (by item);
- delivery time in calendar days;
- the term of installation and commissioning in calendar days;
- payment procedure;
- warranty conditions;
- dimensional drawing.
