Payment terms:80 (Eighty) % of the Contract price is payable within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of delivery of the goods at the place of delivery / upon completion of the work, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods/ completion of the work, the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, the original consignment note and invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
10 (Ten) % of the Contract price is payable within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of putting the Goods into operation, provided that the Supplier provides an invoice for payment to the Buyer.
10 (Ten) % of the price of the product is payable within 30 (Thirty) calendar days upon reaching the guaranteed performance of the Product.
In the case of advance payments - advance payments are secured by a Bank guarantee (unconditional irrevocable).
Bank Guarantee Requirements:
The bank guarantee must be unconditional, irrevocable and enforceable at the first request of the Beneficiary.
The bank guarantee must comply with the Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (URDG 758).
The bank guarantee must be provided using the following SWIFT code: MBRDRUMM
The bank guarantee must be issued by one of the following banks in the Annex with the prior approval of the Beneficiary.
List of banks according to Appendix No. 9 to the Notice.
