Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer pays 50% (fifty percent) of the amount of the Contract for the supply, installation supervision and commissioning tests of the Circulating Water Supply System (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment) within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the Contract by the Parties and receiving an invoice from the Supplier, by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier.
The final settlement under the Agreement is made within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Equipment Commissioning Act (Appendix No. 3), subject to receipt from the Supplier of a complete set of original documents signed by the Parties confirming the delivery and commissioning of the Equipment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier.
The open request for proposals procedure is carried out on the B2B electronic trading platform (https://www.b2b-center.ru) in accordance with the terms and conditions of its operation.
Delivery terms:specified in the specification (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement).
