Payment terms:Preference is for companies with VAT.
30% prepayment, 70% after receiving the goods/materials, services and package of documents with a deferred payment 21 banking days (at least 10 banking days).
Delivery terms:The project documentation must be developed by a design organization that has access from the SRO to perform the relevant work on the basis of this technical specification, technological scheme and in accordance with current regulatory documents, requirements and rules, including Government Decrees.

If you are interested in your offer, the list of necessary documents before concluding the contract from the supplier:
1. Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association Copy
2. State Registration Certificate Copy
3. Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the Tax Inspectorate (TIN and OGRN) Copy
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax authority not earlier than 30 calendar days before the date of the statement submission; Copy
5. Minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on appointment to the position of director of the counterparty (with a sample signature.) A copy
6. Accounting statements Form 1 and 2 for the last reporting year (Copy) with confirmation of submission to the Tax Inspectorate.
7. The current office lease agreement (with payment orders first and last under this agreement) Scan.
8. A copy of the order appointing the Director General and Chief Accountant;
9. State registration record sheet (in the absence of a certificate of state registration);
10. Change sheets (in case there were changes in the legal entity);
11. Contacts of the company representative;
12. Certificate of the average number of employees as of the last reporting date.
13. If the Supplier is on the OCHO, provide a VAT Declaration for the last reporting quarter with confirmation of delivery to the Tax Inspectorate.
These tenders are an internal procedure for selecting a contractor, supplier, performer and should not be considered as tenders in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this bidding procedure does not impose on the auction organizer, the customer the corresponding amount of civil legal obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the auction or other bidder.
By submitting documents and information to the auction organizer, the bidder confirms his compliance with the qualification requirements established for the relevant auction, expresses his intention to participate in the bidding, agrees with the terms and conditions of the bidding.
