The order of actions taken by the Customer during the procurement process, in the event a procurement participant offers an abnormally low price, is specified in clause 16.3 of Volume 1 of the "Notification-Documentation".
In accordance with Part 1 and Part 2 of Art. 2 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of July 18, 2011 No. 223-ФЗ "On the Procurement of Goods, Work, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", this request for quotations is carried out in accordance with the Unified Procurement Standard of PJSC Rosseti.
In accordance with the documentation for the request for quotations, the Organizer, by decision of the Purchasing Commission, has the right to refuse to conduct a request for quotations before the deadline for submitting applications for participation in the procurement procedure, without incurring any liability to the participants of the request for quotations. All Participants in the request for quotations who have registered their participation through the ETP will receive corresponding notifications in the manner established by the rules of this system.
