Project: Comprehensive modernization of hydraulic power press drives D6248 (us. 6300 tons).
4. Design Goal:
4.1. Stabilization of the extrusion process by the speed and pressure of the electrode mass in the mass cylinder of the press mustache. 6300 tons
5. Design assignment:
5.1. Press drives 6300 tons:
5.1.1. Equipment of the main drive of the press (pressing and prepressing):
- equipping a pumping station No. 1 with primary and backup adjustable pumping units with pressure and capacity regulators to create a hydraulic power drive stabilized by the speed of movement of the electrode blank or by the pressure of the electrode mass in the cylinder;
- equipping a system for cleaning the working fluid in the pressure lines of pumping units - in order to protect the hydraulic drive elements from wear products of pumping units;
- equipping an electrohydro controlled flow regulator with digital proportional control and control of the working fluid flow in the main drive - in order to ensure shock-free operation of the main drive and create a hydraulic drive stabilized by pressing speed;
- to equip the electro-hydraulically controlled distributor of cooling of the pump unit with hydraulic damping and control of the position of the spool - in order to ensure safe working conditions of the pump unit at idle and to eliminate the throttling of significant flows of the working fluid;
- equip with an electro-hydraulic pressure regulator with digital proportional control and control of the working fluid pressure in the main drive - in order to create a hydraulic drive stabilized by the pressure of the electrode mass in the mass cylinder of the press;
- equip with a system for determining the length of the cut billet (L) and the pressing speed (v), by the method of contact measurement of the displacement and speed of the end face of the electrode billet with the formation of standard signals 4 ... 20 mA - with the aim of automatically registering the main technological parameters.
- to equip the system for measuring the pressure of pressing the electrode mass in the mass cylinder with the formation of a standard signal 4 ... 20 mA - with the aim of automatically registering the main technological parameters;
- equip a system of automated digital control of the press - with the aim of automatically processing information about the condition of the press equipment and generating the necessary control signals in accordance with the customer's algorithms.
5.1.2 Equipment of the drive for moving the press forward (forward):
- equipped with an electro-hydraulically controlled forward directional distributor with hydraulic damping and control of the position of the spool in order to ensure shock-free operation of the forward drive of the press.
5.1.3 Equipment of the drive for moving the press back (reverse):
- to equip with an electro-hydraulically controlled backward directional distributor with hydraulic damping and spool position control in order to ensure shock-free operation of the drive for moving the press back.
- to equip with a hydraulic-controlled pressure apparatus with control of the working fluid pressure in the drive for moving the press back - to protect the drive for moving the press back from multiplicative overloads.
5.1.4 Equipment of the filling valve control actuator:
- to equip pump station No. 2 as a part of the main and reserve adjustable vane pump units in the design with a pressure regulator and control of the working fluid pressure in the hydraulic control system of the press distribution devices in order to eliminate the throttling of significant flows of the working fluid and ensure stable working conditions of the hydraulic controlled distribution devices of the press;
- to equip a system for cleaning the working fluid in the pressure lines of pumping units in order to protect the elements of the hydraulic control system of the hydraulically controlled distribution devices of the press from wear products of pumping units;
- to equip the device for determining the position of the spool of the press valve with the formation of discrete signals "The fill valve is open" and "The fill valve is closed" in order to objectively control the operation of the fill valve;
- to equip the electrically controlled proportional distributor of the filling valve with control of the position of the spool to ensure shock-free operation of the filling valve of the press and monitoring the operation of the filling valve distributor.
5.2 Drive crown press mustache 6300 tons:
5.2.1 Equipment of press shutter plate drives and knives:
- to equip pump station No. 3 as part of an adjustable axial piston pump unit with pressure and capacity regulators and pressure control in the valve plate actuators and knives to ensure the operation of the valve plate actuators and knives, as well as an adjustable axial piston pump unit with regulators pressure and productivity and pressure control in the knife carriage drive to ensure the operation of the knife carriage drive;
- to equip a system for cleaning the working fluid in the pressure lines of pumping units in order to protect the elements of hydraulic drives from wear products of pumping units;
- to equip the electro-hydraulically controlled distributor of cooling of the pump unit with hydraulic damping and control of the position of the spool in order to ensure safe working conditions of the pump unit at idle and to eliminate the throttling of significant flows of the working fluid;
- to equip with an electro-hydraulic distributor of the drives of the shutter plate and knives with hydraulic damping and control of the position of the spool in order to ensure shock-free operation of the drives of the shutter plate and knives;
- to equip a hydraulically controlled pressure apparatus with a check valve to protect the shutter plate drive from uncontrolled falling of the shutter plate;
- equip with a hydraulic knife drive unit to automatically compensate for deviations in the operation of the knife drive.
5.2.2 Equipment for the knife carriage drive:
- to equip an electrically controlled flow regulator with digital proportional control and control of the working fluid flow in the knife carriage drive in order to ensure shock-free operation of the knife carriage drive and create a hydraulic drive that provides digital coordination of the movement speeds of the knife carriage and the electrode blank;
- to equip the electrically controlled distributor of cooling of the pump unit with proportional control and control of the position of the spool in order to ensure safe working conditions of the pump unit at idle and to eliminate the throttling of significant flows of the working fluid;
- equip a system for measuring the values of displacement Lн and speed Vн of the knife carriage with the formation of standard signals 4 ... 20 mA or 0 ... 1 B in order to automatically register the operation parameters of the knife carriage drive.
5.3 Equipment of auxiliary drives (table, roller table, clamps):
5.3.1 Equipment table press drive mustache 6300 tons:
- to equip pump station No. 4 as part of an adjustable axial piston pump unit with pressure and capacity regulators and pressure control in the table, roller table and clamp drives to provide table, roller table and clamp drives, as well as an adjustable vane pump with pressure regulator to exclude throttling of significant flows of the working fluid and ensuring stable operation of the gyro-controlled switchgear of the table drives, and the roller table;
- to equip a system for cleaning the working fluid in the pressure lines of pumping units in order to protect the elements of the hydraulic drive and the control system of the hydraulically controlled switchgears from wear products of the pumping units;
- to equip the electro-hydraulically controlled distributor of cooling of the pump unit with hydraulic damping and control of the position of the spool in order to ensure safe working conditions of the axial piston pump unit at idle and to prevent throttling of significant flows of the working fluid;
- equip with an electro-hydraulically controlled table drive distributor with hydraulic damping and spool position control in order to ensure shock-free operation of the table drive.
5.3.2 Equipment of the roller conveyor drive mustache 6300 tons:
- to equip with an electro-hydraulic distributor of the roller table drive with hydraulic damping and control of the position of the spool in order to ensure shock-free operation of the roller table drive.
5.3.3 Clamp drive equipment:
- to equip with an electrically controlled distributor of the clamp drive with proportional in order to ensure shock-free operation of the clamp drive;
- equip the flow divider in order to ensure the same movement of the right and left drive clamps.
5.4 Equipment of the system for preparing the working fluid of the press 6300 tons:
5.4.1 Equipment of the press expansion tank (pumping stations No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3):
- to equip the necessary volume with a gas collector - in order to create a semi-closed type hydraulic system and connect its cavity with the cavity of the press filling tank;
- equip with a nitrogen system - in order to ensure the necessary resource of the working fluid and safe operating conditions of the gas collector
- to equip with an analog system for measuring the level of the working fluid in the expansion tank of the press - in order to automatically control the amount of working fluid in the expansion tank of the press;
- to equip the system for cleaning the working fluid on the drain into the expansion tank of the press - in order to ensure the technical conditions of the pump units;
- equip the conditioning system of the working fluid on the drain to the expansion tank - in order to ensure the technical conditions of the pump units.
5.4.2 Equipment of the oil tank for hydraulic table drives, live rolls and clamps (pump station No. 4):
- equip an analog system for measuring the level of the working fluid in the oil tank of the hydraulic drives of the table, live rolls and clamps in order to automatically control the amount of working fluid in the oil tank of the hydraulic drives of the table, live rolls and clamps;
- to equip the system for cleaning the working fluid at the drain into the oil tank of the hydraulic drives of the table, roller table and clamps in order to ensure the technical conditions of the pump units;
- equip the conditioning system of the working fluid at the discharge to the oil tank of the hydraulic drives of the table, roller table and clamps in order to ensure the technical conditions of the pump units.
Upgrade extrusion stamp. Providing automatic fixation of the number in the system.
5.6 Requirements for process control systems
The system should be built on the basis of a Siemens processor with profinet and Wanderware software.
A description of all controller tags should be included in the technical documentation.
Technical documentation should include source codes and software for the entire system.
The system should ensure the permanent storage of archive data on all technological and technical parameters, operator actions, errors.
The storage system should be able to browse online over the network.
The system should display to the operator the status of all sensors, discrete and analog.
The system should have a diagnostic panel with visualization of the operation algorithm.
The operating system of the operator’s workstation must be Windows, the latest version.
The system should provide a fixation of moments and parameters:
- start / end pressing of the workpiece;
- beginning / end of cone pressing;
- beginning / end of tamping;
- start / end of prepress;
- start / end of evacuation;
- start / end of cylinder;
- fixing the diameter of the pressing (automatic or manual);
- fixation of the set / actual length of pressing;
- fixation of coke pressing (manual);
- fixing the technological number extruded on the workpiece;
- fixing pressing pressure for each workpiece;
- fixing the pressing speed for each workpiece;
PS: All equipment must be of industrial design, have ip67 protection or placed in cabinets with ip67. Control cabinets must have a cooling system.
5.7 Electrical part of the project:
5.7.1 Carry out the design of the electrical part according to the hydraulic circuit.
5.7.2 Introduce a vacuum control system, heating into the press control system of us.6300
mass cylinder and mouthpiece.
5.7.3 To carry out the modernization of the press control panels of us.6300 in the project.
5.7.4 Perform the control circuit of the roller table from the electric drive in step mode.
PS: All equipment must be of industrial design, have ip67 protection or
placed in cabinets with ip67. Control cabinets must have a cooling system.
6. Documentation for existing equipment (press us. 6300 tn):
All documentation for existing equipment (press us. 6300 tn) is provided only on the territory of the Customer.
7. Terms of design:
The design period is 120 days from the date of signing the Agreement.
8. Payment Terms:
100% upon delivery of the Documentation (project) to the Customer.

Comments:
Participant who has submitted a bid before bids submission deadline shall upload the following documents:

10. Prior to completing the work permit, the Contractor must provide the Customer with the following documents:
- copy of certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the existence of a labor protection service and / or labor protection specialist in the contracting organization (order for appointment to the position in the contracting organization, certification of a labor safety specialist) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- copy of the instructions on labor protection from the magazine of briefings;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- copy of the certification protocol for labor protection workers;
- copies of certificates of certification of engineering and labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, with the use of PMG, in electrical installations, hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work;
- staff medical clearance;
- copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of PTM certification protocols.
In case of discrepancies in the information presented in the documents to the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the OH&S service on labor protection and industrial safety issues in the Contractor’s organization.
